Beautiful Pink Tulip Crystal Bowl  pedestal based , made by Mikasa in Germany. This beautiful piece has frosted glass with pink edges outlining tulips around the bowl. The flower shaped, clear pedestal base supports another flower on the bottom of the bowl. Truly a work of art!.
