This is a 1993 Beer Stein that stands 7 inches tall.  Made for Miller Genuine Draft Company.
It is from the 3rd series of "Birth of a Nation". It shows George Washington crossing the Delaware is 1776. 
Never used just sat on a Shelf.
No nicks or scratches, kept in a smoke free home.
